Job summary

Capstone On-Campus Management (COCM) is seeking a Leasing Coordinator to support leasing, transfers, outreach, and housing processes for a student apartment community. This 100% in-office role focuses on accurate data management, excellent customer service, and successful leasing initiatives.

The position requires a professional, customer-focused image in person, online, and on the phone, with duties spanning outreach, data reporting, and office administration within a busy campus environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1-2 years entry level experience in college student housing administration or property management leasing operations.
• Experience with campus marketing and assisting with community tours.
• Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work in office Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm with occasional evenings or weekends.
• Strong leadership and communication skills and ability to analyze occupancy data.
• Ability to move and lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information regarding leasing, lease transfers, occupancy policies, and occupancy processes.
• Conduct leasing and lease transfer appointments, including resident file creation and documentation management.
• Support resident move-in, move-out, Apartment Selection, and inspection processes.
• Respond to resident inquiries in a professional and timely manner, escalating complex concerns as needed.
• Deliver a positive resident experience through in-person, phone, and email communications.
