Job summary

Qualifications

• Three years of professional support experience, with at least one year in testing coordination, disability services, student services, or a related higher education environment.
• Proven ability to learn enterprise systems and manage data.
• Strong written and verbal communication in a diverse environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive students, faculty, and others at the testing center front desk, manage calls, collect paperwork, and monitor email correspondence.
• Coordinate and proctor testing accommodations, schedule exams, book rooms, monitor test takers, and ensure test security.
• Collaborate with the law registrar, IS&T, and associates to implement updated policies for proctored exams.
• Serve as backup support for other Disability Services office functions as needed.
