Job summary

Davenport University is seeking an ADA Testing Oversight Coordinator at the Lansing campus to oversee testing accommodations and proctor exams for designated students. You will coordinate with faculty and the Student Access office to schedule testing, set up accommodations, and ensure secure testing environments.

The role requires attention to detail, strong customer service, and the ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings or Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Prior proctoring experience preferred.
• Ability to learn, follow and execute established procedures/guidelines.
• Detail-oriented with ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Train, certify, and keep certifications for testing network partnerships.
• Follow designated testing location guidelines and exam procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and security of tests and accommodations.
• Provide proctoring for all testing in designated space.
• Report incidents to Office of Student Conduct.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidates.
• Greet students, verify IDs, explain testing process, assist with software, and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide accommodations per documentation.
• Enter data and attendance using Microsoft Office/Google Suites.
• Communicate professionally with campus partners.
• Demonstrate calm, professional demeanor throughout testing.
• Follow NCAA/GLIAC and other applicable regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold university values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
