Job summary

Exterity is seeking a Seasonal Snow Operations Coordinator to support snow operations during the winter season. The role involves monitoring client requests, coordinating with service partners, and ensuring timely actions within a 24/7 Operations Center.

You’ll handle time-sensitive requests, document case updates, and maintain clear handoffs to the next shift, ensuring professional communication with clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Dependable, responsive, and able to commit to assigned shifts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working independently.
• Experience in customer service, dispatch, operations, or service coordination is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to incoming snow-service requests.
• Contact the appropriate service partner and confirm action is underway.
• Track open requests and follow up until the appropriate next step is taken.
• Document updates and maintain accurate case information in Exterity’s systems.
• Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate operational leader.
• Provide clear, thorough handoffs to the next shift.
• Communicate professionally with clients, service partners, and internal team members.
• Help meet client response requirements, including service windows as short as four hours.
