Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet the company’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality across buildings, grounds, and amenities in Santa Ana, CA. The role requires 3–5 years of property maintenance experience, EPA certification preferred, and experience with OneSite and HandyTrac.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Complete the “make‑ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move‑ins, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track materials, return unused items to the established location, and notify the maintenance supervisor about re‑ordering needs.
• Complete documentation and other paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so service requests can be tracked.
• Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting curbs/signage, and debris removal.
• Support cost‑cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts and using tools efficiently.
