Job summary

Greystar is seeking a facilities technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring property standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. The role includes completing work orders, preparing vacants for leasing, tracking supplies, and documenting tasks while supporting cost-control initiatives.

Entry-level applicants are welcome; EPA/CPO and Yardi experience are a plus. The position is based in Orange, CA with a schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Entry level - no industry experience required.
• CPO and EPA preferred.
• Yardi, HappyCo, Latch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacants and conducts pre-move-in inspections.
• Tracks inventory and notifies supervisor when re-orders are needed.
• Documents service requests accurately and promptly.
• Maintains grounds, common areas and amenities.
• Supports cost-control by using parts efficiently.
