Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC in San Diego, CA seeks a Service Technician to perform technical maintenance across buildings, grounds, and amenities, ensuring safety and cleanliness to Greystar standards. The role requires 1–2 years of property maintenance experience and may involve on-call duties.

Schedule: Thursday–Monday; 9am–6pm, on-call as needed. EPA refrigerant certifications and valid driver’s license may apply. Excellent benefits and company-supported growth offered.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of property maintenance experience required.
• Yardi and HappyCo experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant apartments for leasing by completing pre-move-out inspections and creating a punch list.
• Tracks materials and notifies maintenance supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities; performs cleaning and minor repairs.
• Supports cost-cutting by repairing instead of replacing parts where possible.
