Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician in Santa Ana, CA to ensure buildings and shared spaces meet company standards for safety, cleanliness and functionality.

The role requires 3–5 years of property maintenance experience with EPA Type 1/II or Universal certification preferred. Experience with OneSite and HandyTrac is required, and housing discounts are available for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of property maintenance experience required.
• EPA certification preferred.
• OneSite and HandyTrac experience required.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects and repairing to policy and safety standards.
• Complete the make-ready process for vacant apartments, including pre-move-out inspections and punch lists.
• Track materials, supplies, and inventory; notify supervisor when re-ordering is needed.
• Document service requests timely and accurately for tracking.
• Assist in grounds/amenities maintenance and perform cleaning and painting as needed.
• Support cost-saving by repairing instead of replacing parts when possible.
