Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance on garden properties, handle work orders, and assist in make-ready processes. You will diagnose issues, repair systems, and ensure safety standards are met.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for on-call evenings and weekends. Greystar offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities across its managed communities.

Formación

• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• State and local certifications as required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Complete assigned work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Access materials and track inventory, notify supervisor for re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting.
• Assist cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts when feasible.
