Job summary

Greystar is seeking a property maintenance technician to ensure the physical aspects of the Garden property meet our standards for cleanliness, safety, and function.

Responsibilities include handling work orders, completing make-readies for vacant units, tracking materials, documenting service requests, maintaining grounds, and supporting safety programs. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license are required; on-call evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with facility maintenance and preventative maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose and repair defects in building systems.
• Attention to safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Handle work orders from resident requests and perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and manage vendor coordination.
• Track inventory, restock supplies, and notify supervisor for reorders.
