Job summary

WRH Realty Services, LLC. in Milton, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to work with the Maintenance Manager to uphold the community's physical integrity and provide around-the-clock services in emergencies.

You will handle routine and preventative maintenance, respond to work orders, monitor turns and vacants, and assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, pool, and HVAC tasks. On-call shifts and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

Must have 2 years’ experience in property maintenance or equivalent.
EPA certification Type II or greater required.
Must be able to lift and carry weights with assistance.
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC.

Responsibilities

Monitor turns, vacant units and move outs.
Maintain exterior appearance of property to present good curb appeal.
Completion of work orders.
Perform routine preventative maintenance on building systems and asset condition.
Record type and cost of maintenance or repair work.
Check irrigation systems regularly.
Trash compactor and pool maintenance during season.
Diagnose and repair appliances and similar items.
Participate in on-call rotation.
All other duties as assigned.
