Job summary

ZRS Management, LLC in Orlando, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service residents and support the Maintenance Supervisor. The role involves independent maintenance repairs across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, plus turnover and common area upkeep to ensure a high-quality living environment.

This full-time position offers opportunities for advancement to Maintenance Supervisor. You will report to the Property Manager and contribute to a safe, efficient property operation

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record & proof of automobile insurance.
• EPA certification preferred; if required at a specific property, certification must be obtained within 90 days of start date.
• Maintenance experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.

Responsibilities

• Perform independently technical maintenance repairs to plumbing, electrical, heating and air conditioning, appliances, and any other aspect as needed.
• Perform apartment turnover maintenance in three to five business days and turnover checklist completion.
• Common area maintenance including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, trash removal, pressure washing, and window cleaning.
• Monitor building exterior for issues with roof, siding, shutters, etc.
• Assist with preventive maintenance program for area of responsibility.
• Ensure safety of all equipment and structures; maintain inventory of tools/equipment.
• Keep work area clean and orderly.
