Job summary

Renewing Management, Inc. is seeking a Work Order Specialist to complete resident service requests and provide outstanding customer service to residents, staff and vendors.

You will perform repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and drywall, and conduct daily grounds maintenance to keep the community clean and well‑kept. This on-site role requires on-call availability nights and weekends, ability to work in all weather, and strong safety awareness.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of related experience required.
• EPA Universal certificate preferred.
• Pool maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests including plumbing, electrical, carpentry and drywall repairs (as applicable).
• Ensure 30-minute response to emergencies and property disasters.
• Inspect community grounds daily for cleanliness and maintenance.
• Vacant unit turnover including painting, cleaning, and maintenance.
• Complete maintenance work orders within 48 hours and make-readies within 7 days of vacancy.
