Qualifications

• Maintenance experience or ability to perform complex tasks across building and grounds.
• Ability to read work orders and coordinate with staff to prepare units for new residents.
• Willingness to be on-call for emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Participates in safety committees and onboarding activities.
• Maintains community appearance by cleaning sidewalks, entrances, parking lots, and grounds.
• Performs routine cleaning in lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, restrooms, and social/office areas.
• Maintains floors, performs basic maintenance on plumbing/electrical systems, and handles minor repairs.
• Coordinates with outside vendors for large maintenance projects.
• Responds to emergencies and supports annual maintenance budgeting.
• Replaces light bulbs, maintains water heaters, manages HVAC units, and troubleshoots appliances.
• Prepares vacant units for painting and ensures timely turnover.
• On-call 24/7 for emergency situations and general upkeep of the property.
