Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain all areas of the property and surroundings in good working order.
• Complete work orders from residents via Housing Manager.
• Troubleshoot appliances in resident units.
• Coordinate with office staff to prepare units for new residents.
• Conduct routine cleaning and upkeep of common areas and grounds.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with Manager and authorities as needed.
