Job summary

Greystar is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician in Jacksonville, FL. You will diagnose and repair issues on the property, complete make-ready tasks for vacant units, and perform routine maintenance per safety standards.

You will manage inventory, document work orders, and coordinate with contractors to ensure quality and efficiency. EPA refrigerant certifications are required, and a valid driver's license is preferred.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and III or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required for service technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate golf cart on-property, if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance on the property.
• Perform make-ready tasks for vacant units and inspections.
• Track inventory and coordinate with vendors or contractors as needed.
• Document service requests accurately and promptly for tracking.
