Job summary

EPT Integrity Asset Management LLC is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the physical integrity of the community and ensure a clean, well-maintained living environment for residents, visitors, and staff. The role covers electrical, plumbing, A/C, and various property maintenance tasks across multiple sites.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, inspecting for hazards, and adhering to EPA and OSHA safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Three (3) year of property maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform routine maintenance on electrical and plumbing systems.
• Must adhere to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical integrity of the community and ensure a clean, well-maintained living environment.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, A/C and related systems.
• Inspect property for hazards and correct issues; maintain equipment and tools.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours when possible.
• Travel between properties and assist with groundskeeping as needed.
