Job summary

Qualifications

• A High School diploma or GED.
• Three (3) year of property maintenance experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the physical property and ensure safe, clean living environments for residents, visitors and staff.
• Perform routine maintenance on electrical, plumbing, A/C and appliances.
• Keep grounds neat and perform maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Complete work orders within 24 hours when possible.
• Follow safety guidelines and use PPE at all times.
