Job summary

Integrityamc is seeking a Service Technician to maintain the property's physical integrity and living environments, ensuring safety and cleanliness for residents, visitors, and staff. You will handle routine maintenance, inspect tools, and respond promptly to work orders, while upholding safety standards and company values.

The role requires experience in general maintenance, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC tasks, with a strong emphasis on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Three (3) years of property maintenance experience preferred.
• CAMT or CPO certifications are encouraged but not required.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and ensure the physical property is clean and well maintained.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliances, and related systems.
• Inspect and maintain tools and equipment; ensure safety procedures are followed.
• Respond to work orders promptly and document maintenance activities.
