Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Trade school certificates in HVAC, electrical and plumbing.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; write simple correspondence; present information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Documents resolutions to all work orders.
• Performs maintenance and repair tasks; ensures make-ready repairs and services are completed on schedule.
• Assists in trouble-shooting maintenance problems and makes recommendations for correction.
• Maintains grounds and keeps property neat; reports safety hazards to management.
