Job summary

Broad Management Group LLC is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician to uphold the upkeep of a multi-family property. You will perform routine maintenance, repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and groundskeeping to keep units safe and attractive.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of maintenance experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to troubleshoot issues and document work orders. This is a full-time, on-site position with on-call rotation.

Qualifications
