Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years minimum apartment maintenance experience.
• Valid Class C Minnesota Driver’s License and automobile insurance.
• Boiler’s License and/or EPA I Universal License for HVAC.
• Excellent references and flexibility for evenings/weekends/on-call.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs to residents’ maintenance requests promptly and effectively.
• Conduct preventive maintenance as scheduled by Community Manager.
• Monitor plumbing, heating, electrical and safety systems across the property.
• Maintain cleaning, janitorial tasks and unit turnover readiness as needed.
