Job summary

Indigo Real Estate is seeking a Maintenance Technician who values customer service and takes pride in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment. The successful candidate will handle work orders, assist residents, and maintain property grounds with safety and quality in mind.

Responsibilities include responding to requests promptly, performing preventative maintenance across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and more, and coordinating with outside contractors.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of property maintenance experience.
• Painting experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Current driver's license and proof of automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Respond to maintenance requests professionally and promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and promote quality living.
• Perform preventative maintenance and apartment turns including painting, diagnosing problems, and repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, appliances, etc.
• Inspect buildings and grounds for safety and cleanliness, and work with outside contractors as needed.
• Perform effective emergency (after hours) maintenance as required.
