Marsden Services, L.L.C. is seeking a Property Maintenance Technician Level II/III in Houston to perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and prepare units for occupancy while ensuring safety and compliance.

You will work 25 hours per week on the 10am-3pm shift and participate in on-call coverage as required. The role requires hands-on technical skills across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and fixtures, plus strong communication with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent work experience.
• Four years of multi-family or commercial building maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs with assistance.
• Must provide own hand tools as listed.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and preventative tasks to meet standards and laws.
• Schedule and ensure completion of work orders within 48 hours.
• Complete basic HVAC, electrical, carpentry, plumbing, and window repairs.
• Prioritize work orders and monitor building maintenance.
• Conduct site-level preventative maintenance inspections.
• Prepare vacant units as assigned.
• Collaborate with vendor teams on projects.
• Maintain tools and supplies inventory in workshop.
• Maintain professional conduct with residents and vendors.
• Respond to on-call emergency maintenance as scheduled.
• Assist in training new maintenance technicians.
• Attend relevant training and keep certifications current.
• Comply with safety programs and promote safety.
