Job summary

Valiant Residential in Texas is seeking a Porter/Groundskeeper to maintain exterior areas, operate landscaping tools, and support the maintenance team. You will keep the property’s common areas clean and assist with make-readies as needed, with the supervisor assigning additional tasks.

Requirements include at least one year of full-time related experience, strong English communication, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to work on call and weekends. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain appearance of all property areas including common spaces and office.
• Assist maintenance team and with make-readies as needed.
• Sweep, clean, and maintain exterior areas; assist with pool and landscaping tasks.
• Water plants, maintain sprinkler system, and perform basic groundskeeping duties.
• Assist in distributing notices and other on-site tasks as directed.
