• 0-2 years customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with patients and families to answer questions with courtesy.
• Schedule procedures and pre-register patients with accurate demographics.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary authorizations.
• Collect and record patient financial responsibility estimates.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper identification.
• Handle co-pays and inform patients of financial obligations.
• Communicate operative reports to physician offices daily.
• Maintain attendance and comply with policies.
