Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in healthcare, behavioral health, dental, customer service or administrative setting.
• Knowledge of front-end revenue cycle requirements and payer processes.
• Internal SEARHC candidates with 1 year as a Patient Registration Specialist Trainee may qualify.

Responsibilities

• Schedule patient appointments and manage resources.
• Verify insurance and complete pre-registration for upcoming visits.
• Collect documentation and ensure registration compliance.
• Scan documents into the EHR.
• Coordinate portal sign-ups and patient outreach.
• Provide excellent customer service and works with care teams.
