Job summary

SPS is seeking a Field Service Representative/Office Services Specialist (On Call) to deliver exceptional office and mail services across client sites in Seattle and surrounding areas. The role covers mail handling, reception, facilities support, copy/print, and conference room setup as needed, reporting to the Client Services Supervisor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• 6+ months prior work experience preferred.
• Ability to work assigned work hours determined by the manager.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical abilities and aptitude in problem-solving.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems required for functions of position.
• Must maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
• Adhere to all policies and procedures required.

Responsibilities

• Provides 5-star customer service to all employees.
• Answers calls and assists visitors with service experience.
• Assists with light facilities duties and supplies.
• Handles inbound mail and sorts mail into chain of custody.
• Manages outgoing mail and shipping/receiving tasks.
• Notifies employees on inbound deliveries and distributes mail.
• Assists with office moves and copy/print tasks.
• Supports conference room setup and downtime coverage.
