SPS North America Inc. is seeking a Field Service Representative/Office Services Specialist (On Call) to provide temporary, flexible coverage across client sites.

The role involves mail, reception, facilities and copy/print duties and supports a professional office environment. The position requires a High School Diploma, strong communication and organizational skills, and a ability to adapt to short-notice deployments.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills are essential.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Current knowledge or ability to learn computer-based systems is needed.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide 5-star customer service to all employees and visitors.
• Answer calls and assist with visitor reception.
• Assist with light facilities duties and supply orders.
• Receive, sort, and input inbound mail; manage outgoing mail.
• Ship/receive materials and notify employees on inbound deliveries.
• Distribute mail and assist with office moves and conference room setups.
• Support copy/print tasks and monitor equipment functionality.
• Proactively seek additional work during downtime.
