Job summary

SPS North America Inc. is seeking an On-Call Office Services Specialist/Field Support Specialist (Floating) in Seattle to provide administrative support, mail and shipping, and hospitality at client sites.

You will perform print and reprographics tasks, maintain organized offices, support meeting room setups, and greet visitors with professional concierge-style service. Travel within a 25-mile radius is required; strong communication, MS Office skills, and multitasking in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

Print and reprographics assistance: support copy/print, scanning, imaging and binding; ensure equipment is stocked and functioning.
Office and facility support: maintain organized spaces, restock supplies, support meeting room setups, and assist with light maintenance.
Front desk and guest services: welcome visitors, manage calls and logs, provide concierge-style service.
Travel and field support: travel within SPS region (approx. 25 miles radius) to assigned locations.
