SPS is seeking an On-Call Office Services Specialist/Field Support Specialist to support mail, shipping, print, and front-desk tasks. You will help maintain office spaces, assist with meetings, and provide concierge-style service to visitors and clients.

The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and the ability to multitask across a variety of tasks in a flexible, on-site setting. This is an on-call, supplemental position designed to gain hands-on operational experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and office technology.
• Highly organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and follow procedures.
• High school diploma with 6+ months of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process and sort inbound/outbound mail with custody and shipping procedures.
• Assist copy/print production, scanning, imaging, and binding services.
• Maintain organized office spaces and assist with meeting room setups.
