Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC seeks a Maintenance Technician to uphold the physical condition of our properties in the Los Angeles area. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain building systems, respond to resident requests, and prepare units for leasing.

The role requires 1-2 years of maintenance experience, EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant recycling certifications, and a valid driver’s license. On-site work schedule applies, with on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Complete the 'make-ready' process for new move-ins and leasing units.
• Access materials and track inventory; notify on re-order needs.
• Document paperwork to track service requests.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and amenities; perform cleaning and painting.
• Support cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
