Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience in property management housing.
• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required for Certified Service Technicians.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per standards.
• Finish “make-ready” tasks for vacant units and coordinate vendors.
• Manage materials, inventory, and re-ordering needs with maintenance supervisor.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and follow-up.
• Maintain grounds, amenities, and common areas; perform general cleaning and painting as needed.
• Participate in cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when possible.
