Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Promenade Towers in Los Angeles, CA. You will perform technical and mechanical tasks to keep the property clean, safe, and functional, handling resident requests, preventive maintenance, and make-ready duties.

Role requires 1–2 years of maintenance experience, EPA refrigerant certifications, and a valid driver’s license for on-site operations. The position includes comprehensive benefits and a competitive pay range.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience on property grounds and units.
• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventive maintenance.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing.
• Tracks materials, supplies, and equipment and notifies maintenance supervisor for re-orders.
• Completes documentation for service requests to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities and performs cleaning tasks as needed.
• Supports cost-saving by repairing parts when feasible and using tools correctly.
