Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and grounds upkeep across a scattered-site apartment community. You will work independently, respond to after-hours emergencies, and help ensure a safe, well-maintained property.

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. The role includes on-call rotations and duties across multiple sites, with a focus on quality service and timely upkeep.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to physically inspect the properties.
• Able to use equipment including circular saw, drill, jig saw, electrical tester, hand tools, power tools, cordless tools.
• Maintain valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Flexibility for on-call emergencies and after-hours work.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interior and exterior for maintenance issues and inspect apartments, buildings and common areas.
• Maintain and organize tools and equipment; keep work areas clean.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling repairs as needed.
• Groundskeeping including trash pickup, snow removal, and lawn care.
• Repair and replace windows, doors, and locks; troubleshoot appliances as needed.
• Create and maintain safe work environment and document safety concerns.
