Job summary

Ari Apartment Management is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to handle a range of community maintenance tasks and respond promptly to resident service requests. You will help keep vacant apartments market-ready and maintained while delivering courteous, professional service to residents and vendors.

The role requires 3+ years of maintenance experience, ability to work after hours, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• 3+ years general maintenance experience (i.e. plumbing, electrical, carpeting, and painting, etc.)
• CPO preferred, or must be willing to obtain within 60 days of employment
• Valid driver's license along with good driving record and auto insurance is required
• Ability to work on-call rotation, responding to after hours emergencies

Responsibilities

• Resident Champion: Respond promptly and courteously to service requests, ensuring resident satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained community environment.
• Improve vacant apartments, making them market-ready and welcoming for new residents.
• Multi-Talented Craftsman: Perform diverse maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, appliance repairs, and more.
• Identify and address potential issues to prevent larger problems.
• Professional & Reliable: Represent ARI Apartment Management with a positive and professional attitude at all times.
• Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and vendors.
• Work on-call rotations, responding to urgent needs after hours.
