ACC Management Group is seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to keep properties safe and well-maintained. The role involves troubleshooting electrical, plumbing, and general repairs, with on-call rotations to support residents and the community.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of maintenance experience on multi-unit properties, strong time management, and the ability to work independently or with a team. On-site role with a focus on safety and quality of service for residents.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect apartments, buildings, and common areas for maintenance issues.
• Maintain tools and equipment; keep work area clean.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, heating, and general repairs as needed.
• Handle on-call emergencies within required timelines.
• Coordinate with manager and other properties as needed.
