Quest Management Group is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to support property upkeep and operations. You will handle repairs, preventive maintenance, and unit turnovers, ensuring grounds and facilities are well-maintained and compliant with safety standards.

The role requires a high school diploma/GED and 3+ years in multifamily property maintenance, with on-call availability and a strong focus on safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of multifamily property management maintenance experience.
• Must be able to perform essential duties and work on-call as required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily repair and upkeep of property buildings and grounds.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy.
• Maintain supplies and inventory of equipment and tools.
• Report unusual or extraordinary property or resident issues.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to safety policies and OSHA standards.
• Secure maintenance shops at end of day and be available for on-call work.
