Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a dependable Part-Time Maintenance Technician to support our apartment communities. This role covers 8 hours per week with on-call availability for emergencies.

The technician will handle routine maintenance, complete work orders, assist with apartment turns, and ensure safety and appearance of properties while delivering strong resident service. Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to physically inspect the properties.
• Maintain valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Inspect interior and exterior for maintenance issues.
• Maintain tools and keep work area neat.
• Repair electrical outlets, switches, fixtures, and breakers.
• Repair plumbing fixtures and unclog drains.
• Perform heating and cooling repairs and filter cleaning.
• Handle groundskeeping and seasonal exterior tasks.
• Assist with cleaning, painting, and hardware repairs.
