ACC Management Group seeks a dependable Maintenance Technician to support multifamily properties and ensure residents receive prompt, professional service.

The ideal candidate works independently, manages time effectively, completes unit turnovers, and responds to maintenance needs, including rotating on-call emergencies. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required. Turnover cleaning and basic repairs are part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years maintenance experience required.
• Multifamily property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general upkeep.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility with working hours and on-call duties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interior and exterior for maintenance issues and inspect apartments, buildings, and common areas.
• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and carpentry tasks as needed.
• Paint units and common areas; repair windows, doors, and appliances.
• Maintain tools and equipment; keep work areas clean and organized.
• Respond promptly to resident maintenance requests and on-call emergencies.
• Document logs for trash pickup and snow removal; assist other properties as needed.
• Coordinate with the property manager on daily work orders and timelines.
• Ensure safe work environment and adherence to ACC policies.
