Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle daily maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, and troubleshoot building systems across multiple properties. You will prepare apartments for new residents and uphold property standards while collaborating with the property management and maintenance teams.

You may participate in a shared on-call rotation with neighboring site teams, typically every other or every third weekend, to respond to after-hours

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor interior and exterior for maintenance issues and inspect apartments, buildings, and common areas.
• Perform preventative maintenance per ACC policies and operations manual.
• Troubleshoot, repair, or replace appliances, outlets, fixtures, plumbing fixtures etc.
• Communicate with the manager on daily work orders and provide status updates.
• Participate in shared on-call rotation, respond to after-hours emergencies within 20 minutes.
