ACC Management Group is seeking a friendly Maintenance Technician to join our team and keep our apartment community safe, well-maintained, and welcoming. This role supports interior and exterior upkeep, performs basic electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks, and participates in an on-call rotation 1–2 weeks per month.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi-family property maintenance experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to physically inspect the properties.
• Maintain a valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Flexible with working hours and on-call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Inspect apartments, buildings, and common areas for maintenance issues.
• Repair electrical outlets, switches, fixtures, and breakers.
• Repair plumbing fixtures and unclog drains.
• Perform preventative maintenance per policy and respond to on-call emergencies.
