Job summary

ACC Management Group is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, repairs, and grounds upkeep at a scattered-site apartment community. The ideal candidate will work independently, manage after-hours emergencies, and help ensure a safe, well‑maintained environment for residents.

A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required. 1–2 years of maintenance experience is preferred, with the ability to handle electrical, plumbing, and general repairs as needed

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience required.
• Multi‑family property maintenance experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of electrical, plumbing, groundskeeping, and troubleshooting.
• Must be able to physically inspect the properties.
• Maintain valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Flexibility with working hours and availability for on‑call emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Inspect apartments, buildings, and common areas for maintenance issues.
• Perform electrical, plumbing, and general repairs; troubleshoot and fix problems.
• Maintain tools and keep the work area neat and safe.
• Assist with groundskeeping and upkeep to preserve curb appeal.
• Respond to on‑call emergencies as scheduled and document activities.
