Job summary

Asset Living in Riverside, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance operations across communities. You will perform preventive, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance under supervision to keep properties safe, clean and appealing for residents.

• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Community Maintenance and routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain pool maintenance and chemical logs.
• Monitor inventory of equipment and supplies.
• Maintain records regarding service requests and make-ready status.
