Job summary

Asset Living in Riverside, CA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support maintenance across our community. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, participate in make-readies, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA, and willingness to be on-call.

Qualifications
