Responsibilities include preparing units for move-in, performing plumbing/HVAC/basic electrical tasks, and ensuring safety and cleanliness across property grounds. On-call may be needed for after-hours emergencies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, GED, trade/technical/vocational training.
• 1+ years of related maintenance experience.
• Able to read and follow safety instructions and policy manuals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare make-ready apartments (painting, carpet, cleaning, basic repairs).
• Respond to resident requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform scheduled maintenance and report issues to supervisor.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and safety compliance.
