Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an on-site Maintenance Supervisor for Multifamily properties in the Louisville area. You will oversee move-in readiness, respond to resident requests, and manage multiple trades to deliver quality service.

The role requires 3+ years in maintenance, EPA 608 Type II or CPO certification, and a valid driver’s license. On-call shifts and travel between properties are expected, with a focus on safety and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; EPA 608 Type II or CPO credentials preferred.
• 3+ years of related maintenance experience in multifamily or similar settings.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare market-ready apartments including painting, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry and other trades as needed.
• Keep grounds, pools, common areas clean and safe; perform on-call emergency duties.
• Ensure compliance with housing laws, codes, and safety policies; document maintenance activities.
