Under the supervision of a licensed nurse, you will document medication administration, monitor responses, assist with personal care, and engage residents in activities while maintaining safety and infection control standards.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements.
• Prefer 6 months or more of home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility experience.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Document medication administration accurately and report adverse effects.
• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Support dining, social activities, and resident engagement.
• Maintain infection control and safety practices per guidelines.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the nurse.
