Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Medication Technician to administer medications within the licensed scope and provide daily resident care per the care plan. You work under a licensed nurse and ensure accurate MAR documentation, safety, and infection control.

You will assist with dining and activities, monitor health conditions, report changes promptly to the nurse, and support residents with personal care and mobility.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for Medication Technician.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications under the supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and MAR adherence.
• Assist residents with dining, grooming, mobility, and personal care as directed.
• Observe and report changes in health or behavior to the nurse promptly.
• Promote safety and infection control while following facility guidelines.
• Participate in activities and encourage resident socialization.
