Job summary

The Goodman Group, LLC is seeking a Medication Technician to administer medications within the scope of the license and provide daily resident care as outlined in individual care plans.

Responsibilities include assisting in medication administration, documenting effects, and supporting residents with daily activities and appointments under supervision. Training is available to new hires.

Qualifications

• Must meet all applicable state and federal requirements for this position.
• Prefer 6 months or more of experience in a home care, assisted living, or long-term care facility.

Responsibilities

• Assist / administer medications under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Maintain accurate documentation of medication administration and any side effects.
• Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist residents in dining areas and during activities.
• Observe and report health and emotional changes to the nurse.
• Respond to resident requests and ensure a safe environment.
